🎯 What You Will Do in This Role
Client conversations that convert:
Conduct consultations with prospective clients, building trust quickly and guiding them toward a confident decision to retain legal services.
Own your pipeline:
Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain full visibility of your sales pipeline to ensure no opportunity is lost.
Close with purpose:
Turn complex and emotional situations into positive outcomes for clients while achieving and exceeding monthly retainer goals.
Build meaningful relationships:
Connect with clients during high-stress situations with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.

Professional experience:
